Jesse Moller, LMSW

If you want life’s challenges to become opportunities for personal growth and for growth within relationships, then you need to go through a process of identifying your strengths. I know that when a person is willing to explore possibilities for change and healing, this often leads to more meaningful, fulfilling relationships, and an increased life satisfaction that would have seemed unbelievable before. As a therapist and counselor I have worked in both faith-based counseling and non-profit mental health settings. I have assisted married couples and individuals to strengthen their marriages, relationships with children, and relationships with other family members. As a husband, father, son, grandson, and brother, my experiences with depending on those closest to me has helped me to understand the importance of strengthening our connections to others. This has become a central theme in my practice as a therapist. I have also helped youth, adults, and older adults, with obtaining the hope, empowerment, personal responsibility, and strengthened connections to others that they need to pursue happiness and life goals that have been interrupted by addictions, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. My goal as a therapist is to illuminate opportunities for healing, growth, and success. I utilize a variety of therapy models and therapeutic tools in order to tailor sessions to each client’s needs and strengths. Stress management techniques, strategies for improved communication, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and symptoms management techniques: these are some of the tools I have helped clients to use to achieve their therapy-related goals. I enjoy working together with clients to help them achieve healing in their relationships, recover from life’s pitfalls, and experience greater happiness, security, and fulfillment in their lives.
