Faline Christensen, PhD, LMFT-Supervisor, Clinical Director, Co-Owner

As a wife, mother, daughter, and sister, I understand how important relationships are to our own happiness. My husband and I have been married close to 50 years. We have shared the parenting of our nine children, and now we share the fun of being grandparents. In addition to personal experience, I have studied various types of treatment which help strengthen the bonds between husband and wife, and other close relationships. I received a PhD degree from Texas Tech University, and a Masters degree from Auburn University. I taught at the University level, both graduate and undergraduate, and I train and supervise new counselors and therapists. I have experience providing marriage counseling, family therapy, and individual counseling for almost 20 years. Some of my work has been with LDS Family Services, Catholic Social Services, domestic violence treatment groups, and private practice. I have received extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the most useful and successful model for relationship counseling. If you are seeking improvement in your life and/or your relationships, I have been specifically trained to help you.
